Job Title General Administrator / Clerical Officer

Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a General Administrator / Clerical Officer for our client, based in Co. KILDARE. This is a CONTRACT role, with potential for extension.

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

  • General administration
  • Typing
  • E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing etc.
  • Dealing with the public
  • Booking appointments
What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years’ administration experience, medical background would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good typing skills
  • Confidentiality required
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with lots of common sense
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available immediately
