General Administrator / Clerical Officer
Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a General Administrator / Clerical Officer for our client, based in Co. KILDARE. This is a CONTRACT role, with potential for extension. Key duties & responsibilities may include: General administration. Typing. E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing etc. Dealing with the public. Booking appointments. What are we looking for? 2-3 years’ administration experience, medical background would be an advantage. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets. Good telephone manner. Good typing skills. Confidentiality required. Self-motivated, proactive individual with lots of common sense. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Available immediately.
