Job Title Office Administrator
Description We are currently recruiting for a fulltime office administrator for our Business based in Mountmellick.

This is a family run business with a small core team, so it is important that the candidate enjoys being a team player and helping in all aspects of the office.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as using their initiative to further develop the office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
•Dealing with email & phone queries.
•Fleet management software.
•Computerised Accounts & Payroll.
•Weekly work scheduling.
•General office administration.

Key Requirements:
•Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel & Word).
•Have the ability to prioritise tasks and someone who can work on their own initiative.
•Excellent organisational skills required.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•Flexible positive attitude towards work.
