We are hiring on behalf of our client, an award winning Hotel, who are looking to hire a permanent Chef De Partie to join a passionate team of Hospitality Professionals. Job Title: Chef De Partie. Location: Laois. Hours: Full time. Salary: €28,000-€30,000(DOE. Benefits: Free Car Parking. Proven career progression in hotel and group. Excellent Exposure. Annual Salary reviews. About the Job: 1 years' previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a 4* or 5* star hotel essential. Previous experience as a Chef De Partie catering for banquets and functions up to 300 people beneficial but not essential. Chef De Partie is expected to support the Sous and Head chef in maintaining the Kitchens excellent reputation. Chef De Partie is to ensure HACCP cooperation at all times. Chef De Partie is to Maintain service levels and timing. Food preparation at designated stations. This is an excellent opportunity for the right chef to make their name.
