Job Title: Senior Administrator. Reporting to: Service & Logistics Manager. Division: Service Department; Waste Oil, Industrial & Automotive Main purpose of role: To carry out a range of administrative tasks within the Waste Oil and Industrial & Automotive Division including accounts and general administration, administrative support to field sales personnel and support to the Service & Logistics Manager on miscellaneous projects. This role may provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to move into a team leader role/ capacity for the wider team/ service division in the future. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: To carry out administration support to the Service & Logistics Manager including but not limited to: Finance. Customer Service. Safety and Environmental. IT. To provide support to Field Sales Representatives as required, including but not limited to: updating calls on the system, e.g. new service/ enquiry via Microsoft Navision. collating weekly planners and sales reports. providing sales support materials to the sales representatives. monitoring and reporting on results of campaigns. to compile and work with relevant stake holders for all tenders and campaigns required. to deal with the overflow of incoming sales calls and to process information as required. to assist in data cleansing and data upkeep on an ongoing basis. support for ad hoc sales projects. prepare, delegate and review special pricing matrix monthly. Additional. To communicate any issues that arise to the Service & Logistics Manager promptly. To provide ad hoc reception cover as and when required. To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports movements for the Waste Oil, I&A area. To attend meetings as required. To assist in other areas as and when required. To suggest & implement improvements to increase the efficiency of the service department. General filing for your own area. The above description is a general outline of the requirements of the role. Education/ Experience required: Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification. 3rd level qualification in Business/ Administration would be a distinct advantage. Relevant experience in administration, accounts administration, sales support is preferable. Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM databases; experience of Microsoft Navision a distinct advantage. Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
