Here at Mace Mountmellick we are seeking a Deli Assistant for our store in Mountmellick. The ideal candidate must be dynamic ,energetic and flexible to work week days and weekends. We are a fast-paced convenience store that excels in customer service and fresh quality products. The Responsibilities of a Deli Assistant. • Prepare and serve food to customer’s specifications, providing the highest level of customer service at all times. • Ensure all procedures are followed regarding HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety etc. • To ensure all areas of the Deli are clean and tidy at all times. • To maintain and merchandise stock levels in the Deli Department. The Requirements of a Deli Assistant. • Must have at least 12 months experience in a Retail Deli or similar. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Must have exceptional customer service. • Be of a friendly and engaging personality.
