Due to customer demands we are currently seeking Telesales Agents to join our expanding Fuelcard Team. The successful candidates will have a positive “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills. Main Duties. To deal with all outbound and inbound telesales calls/ enquiries as may reasonably be required in your role. To efficiently and effectively deal with transactions from initial call/ enquiry/ lead through to completion/ sale. To achieve daily (weekly/ monthly/ annual) call and campaign targets. To follow up on leads generated from the sales/ commercial team. To identify decision-makers within target companies and follow through; to work with the sales/ commercial team if face to face appointments are required/ necessary. To understand and demonstrate the unique selling points that differentiate Emo from competitors. To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a record of activities, figures, forecasting, and any other administrative records/ reports that are requested. To provide high levels of customer care in the role on a continuous basis. To report/ bring to the attention of your Manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis. To attend training and campaign induction sessions as required. To be reasonably flexible in this position to undertake other work/ additional tasks as may be assigned to you/ reasonably requested from time to time. Ability to meet & drive sales targets. Accountability: You will be expected to. Research and identify potential prospect opportunities. Manage a pipeline of new business from prospecting to account close. Be responsible for customer care and account profitability for the portfolio that you have built. The following are the preferred skills/ qualifications for this position: Minimum Leaving certificate qualification. Relevant third level qualification in business or a related discipline an advantage. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telesales/ customer service role, dealing with customers at a high level within and external to the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet strict targets and deadlines. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and customer databases.
