The Client: My client is part of Ireland’s largest Supermarket chain and they are currently recruiting an experienced Store Manager who relishes the challenge of managing a large site for their flagship store in Dublin. Responsibilities include: Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen, Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of an Assistant manager, A proven track record of managing people, Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service, Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect, Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance, Recruitment and development of staff. The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisation skills. They should inspire confidence through effective leadership skills and an ability to influence. This is ideally an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager in a high volume store.
