Matrix Recruitment are currently seeking an INTERNATL SALES Rep. for our client, a well-established manufacturing group based in the Co. Kildare . This is for a minimum of 6-month Contract, with high possibility to progress to permanent job. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Liaise and support Area Sales Managers with customer queries. Ensure all Order details entered promptly and correctly on SAP system. Provide Quotations and Pricings to customers. Provision of basic technical advice of production application. Liaise with logistics/transport on all transport enquiries/queries. Liaise with production/purchasing on product availability enquiries/queries. Meet annual KPI’s as agreed with supply Chain Manager in line with overall company targets. Provide cover and flexibility in the areas of Customer Service. Fully participate and co-operate in all areas of Health and Safety. Facilitate payment transactions through credit control. Good negotiation sales to close potential orders. We are looking for: Good written and verbal communication including an excellent telephone manner. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Sound judgement. Bottom line/results orientated. Proficient in all aspects of MS Office including Excel. Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
