Cash Management. Our client is a well-established manufacturing company that is looking for a Cash Management Accounts person to join their team. This is a full-time Permanent position based in Co. Laois and you will report to the Finance Manager. Main purpose of the role. Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations. Reviews and drives improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of weekly/monthly reports with analysis and comments on variances. Manage cash management for the company. Would look after multiple accounts in multiple currencies. Manage and process payments. Enter transactions on accounts package and keep records up to date. Reconciliation at month end on different currencies. Do Reconciled Control Accounts. Manage and keep control of advertisement and Promotions whilst utilising the budget in the most efficient and effective manner. Manage budget for advertising and promotions - applying the relevant rates for different customers. Other Ad Hoc duties as required. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 4 5 years experience. Accounts related Qualification. Must have experience with Multi-currency. Knowledge of Sage is preferred or other integrated ERP systems. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Team player.
