Admissions / Clerical Officer - Laois
I'm currently recruiting for a Admissions Officer / Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaois, Co. Laois. THE ROLE: Provision of a comprehensive administration service for Registry-based activities e.g. Admissions, Registration, Liaising with other staff members/ consultant. Dealing with members of the public at all times. Data entry and file management. Shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off / 4 days on and 3 days off rote. Rooster is given 8 weeks in advance. REQUIREMENTS: Previous administration in a busy environemnt. Data entry skills and attention to details. Capable of dealing with the members of the public. Available to work Monday to Sunday. Shift pattern hours can vary from the following (10am - 9pm / 8pm - 8am / 10am - 4pm. Hours a week vary between 30 hours per week to 48 hours per week. IT skills are required.
