Field Services Installations. Our client is looking to recruit a Field Services Installer/Installations . This is a full-time Permanent role. May suit candidates based in Galway/Connacht or the Midland areas. Job Overview. You will travel on site to the clients premises and carry out installations/Repairs or maintenance of their products such as ceiling hoists, rails, shower beds etc. You will be visiting private homes, nursing homes and hospitals nationwide to install these products so also need to have good customer service skills. Duties: Travelling to and from customers. Installation, service, maintenance and repair of all products. Responsibility to log all job details. Responsibility to uphold the existing customer service provided by the business to customers. Liaising with clients and communication with Head Office. Maintain the highest performance levels according to industry best practice and governing regulations. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Candidate Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to travel and stay away when required. Someone that is handy, can do installation work and has some electrical knowledge. A problem solver with a keen talent for diagnosing problems. Have the initiative to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar field an advantage. Prepared to be Garda vetted with no criminal record. Full clean drivers license. Training provided.
