In partnership with our client, a Co Laois based company. We are looking to fill the position of HR Co Ordinator , The ideal candidate will have 1 years HR experience. The Role:  Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Assist with the recruitment process. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Support operational management. Generate and produce reports. Liaise with the relevant Managers regarding any breaches of Company policies and procedures. Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings. he Person:   Third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline. 1 years HR experience. Good knowledge of Irish Employment legislation. Knowledge of Human Resources principles, processes and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office. Consistency in meeting deadlines.
