I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer for our client based in Portlaoise, Co.Laois. THE ROLE: The contracted hours are 37hrs per week - 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5pm Friday. Invoice Processing and Payments, Accruals, reception and Post. Providing administrative support. Secretarial work for the Administrator. Processing Freedom of Information Requests. Processing Data Protection Requests. Administration work around Complaints. Working in a busy office environment. Data entry and updating the CRM system. Processing of Travel for Laois/Offaly area. REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent interpersonal skills as he/she will be dealing with members of the public. Excellent IT skills. Experience of working within an Admin. and/or Finance Dept. Ability to work to strict deadlines. require flexibility and multi-tasking due to working withing a busy office. Ability to work to meet strict Deadlines and manage time in relation to same is vital.
