Job Type - 2 year fixed term contract ( Potentially leading to permanency ) Job Location - Laois ( This role may also suit someone living in Offaly ) Overview. FRS Recruitment are currently recrruting for an Accounts Administrator. This if a full-time 2 year fixed term contract that could lead to permanancy. My client is a well established market leader serving the engineering and construction sectors. Due to recent expansion in Ireland & UK we are now looking to add an additional person to the accounts team. You will assist the senior accountant in ensuring the business runs seamlessly and accurately preparing reporting the weekly and monthly numbers. Duties to include. Raising purchase orders. Processing of purchase invoices. Verification of good received. Time Cards allocation of recorded hours to correct cost centres. Sales Invoicing. Assist sr. accountant in preparation of weekly/monthly report packs. Assist in preparation of government statutory returns. General admin. Experience required. Interpersonal skills: Strong communicator with ability to communicate and work across all levels of the business. Attention to detail: Attention to detail and strong numerical ability are critical for this role. Microsoft Excel: Must be familiar and strong working ability in Microsoft excel. Accounts Package: Familiar with Sage an advantage but not essential, ideally the candidate will have experience of using an accounting package. Salary. 25-30K DOE. To apply.
