Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Actively recruit new client relationships for the Health and Safety Courses. *Instruct clients on manual handling (Training provided. • Actively work with existing clients to source additional project activity. • Perform appointments & cold calls to generate new business. • Educate new and current customers of all the services the Health and Safety Courses provides. • Research project opportunities. • Schedule periodic contact with existing clients. • Initiate and complete proposals within proposal guidelines and deadlines. • Generate new proposal opportunities to new and existing clients. • Track proposals for appropriate follow-up. • Participate in weekly marketing meetings. • Attend tradeshows as assigned. • Must be competent in google sheets, google maps , at a minimum. • Actively participate as a valued contributor in Strategic reviews. • Provide Report on area/territory Health and safety Course performance. • Provides Coaching and training of Health and Safety Course within his/her area. • Develop and lead a network of local contacts in order to boost sales of Health and Safety Course programs and requirements. • Provide regular communication and updates of his/her territory. • Develops protocol and procedures to establish business to business relationship. • Ability to review and measure daily productivity and quality to increase efficiencies. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrates and sell company products, Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to current and new customers. • Develop business objectives and plans for territories of responsibility. • Develop and deliver Health and Safety Course demonstrations at customer sites and field events. • Provide detailed information about each customer to management to include expenditures versus sales forecast, budgeted expenses, business trends and trade spend. • Using critical thinking in decision making process to draw upon professional experience, market and industry knowledge, data and intuition. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan. Key competences & skills - Behavior skills. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • The ability to coach Health and Safety Course to potential clients. • Able to influence multiple clients from multiple locations. • Team player who works well with multiple stakeholders from multiple locations and builds relationships. • Good attention to detail. • Knowledgeable of Health and Safety Course Manual handling ,food safety , fire awareness. • Project management skills. • Analytical thinking. • Self-directed person a must. • Demonstrated ability of being a dynamic self-starter, to work. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues required. • Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communications skills with a demonstrated ability to work across functions & cultures and interact with all levels of the organization required. • Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required. • Ability to develop, implement, train employees. • Positive, team oriented attitude. • Open to personal and professional training and development. . *B2b Sales exp is a big plus. *Sales exp necessary.
