Breakfast Chef required for a leading, luxurious property in Co. Laois. FULL ARE PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE. Previous experiecne in a similar role, to at least 4* level, required. Key Responsibilities will include: Ensure the consistent service of a quality product on a daily basis. Ensure understand of and compliance with all HACCP requirements. Assist both the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the implementation of agreed service and production standards. Provide excellent customer service interaction. Manage and control costs (e.g. watse.
