Key Accountabilities. Manage the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system including weekly stock reconciliation along with investigating and resolving adjustments from cycle counts. Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components within SAP. Work alongside NPD and Production to create product costings. Primarily responsible for variance analysis and commentary to aid understanding of the Weekly P&L. Primarily responsible for the preparation of a weekly KPI report including commentary to aid understanding. Primarily responsible for the preparation of weekly yield and efficiency report including commentary and supplementary analysis to aid understanding and drive improvements. Co-ordinate and build the Annual Budget and Quarterly forecast process including setting budget timelines and reviews, developing and improving required templates and working with each of the budget holders. Analyse factory overheads including cost drivers and allocation methodologies to aid Customer & product profitability analysis. Create and distribute monthly cost centre reports to budget holders along with holding regular meetings to monitor performance and investigate major variances. Work with plant management to identify operational initiatives & cost savings projects, analyse and project the impact on the cost structure if implemented, and assist in the development of the business case-cost-benefit analysis for capital investments. Assist and support the month end and year end close process including external audit queries as required. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager. Other Responsibilities.
