HR Advisor. 6-9 Months Maternity Cover. HR Advisor / Business Partner needed for a 6-9 month contract to deliver on a full cycle Generalist remit within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in advisory to new managers and teams to support and guide them through the day to day challenges of managing their teams effectively. Although this is a fixed term contract this role could grow for the right individual as it is a newly created position based on the needs of the business to take this new site forward and meet capacity and growth plans. Experience and Skills. Developing people management skills within a manufacturing business. Experience of advisory with respect to management development, people and performance. Experience developing HR processes to help build and develop teams. HR Data reporting. Recruitment & Selection. Manufacturing experience preferred.
