A Field based Service Engineer/ Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Heating solutions client to support busineess in the Midlands & Noth West region. Full training provided. THE ROLE: * Service & Commission of Heat Pumps and associated products. * Fault-finding & troubleshooting of Heat Pumps & associated products. * Providing technical support as required. Responding to customer calls Mon-Fri. * Repairing, testing, and maintaining equipment. * Providing regular reports and feedback on services into the company and ERP system. * Developing and maintaining relationships with customers. REQUIREMENTS: * Heating/Heat Pump Commission, Service and/or installation experience (a benefit but not essential. * Electrical or Renewable Energy qualification (desirable. * Plumbing qualification and/or experience (desirable. * F-Gas qualification (a benefit but not essential. * Good problem-solving skills. Proactive, team player with good attention to detail. * Full, clean driving license is essential.
